The Farigliano Cellar
The historic family winery stands on the Corsaletto hill, where the homonymous farmhouse dominates from above the natural amphitheater of vineyards that stands out on the southern slope, in the direction of Liguria/Maritime Alps. It was here, many years ago, that the Gillardi family began its journey, which today, as then, continues to produce Dolcetto, an identity wine, which proudly and absolutely reflects the origins of the family and the environment in which it lives.
Alongside this, new wines, produced in very limited quantities, have been created over the years, not just out of a spirit of experimentation, but to carry forward the belief that this Southern Langa can be the cradle, in addition to our marvelous native vines (Dolcetto and Nebbiolo), also of new, “exotic” grapes capable, on this soil and in this particular terroir, of grandiose expressions and equally incredible evolutions.

The Barolo Cellar
A little gem that opens up in the heart of the ancient village. Composed of two spaces: the winemaking area and the tasting room, nestled in ancient and historic walls, previously occupied by the Cantina Patrito. For the family it represented that piece, missing for years, for the completion of the company's production: producing Barolo, for us sweets makers from birth, represents a great pride, a goal achieved with effort and determination, another way (different but complementary) to express the passion for our work.
