The Gillardi Farm is also culture and the pleasure of living together.
“The sun is shineing on these bricks, a reflection of grillaia and tuffs that i had forgotten about. Here the heat rather than coming from the sky comes from below – from the earth, from the bottom between the vine groves that seems as those who have eaten every green to go all out onto the shovel. It’s a heat that i like, it smells: i am inside this smell too, it’s there are so many harvests and haymakings and plumpings, so many flavours and so many cravings that i didn’t know i had anymore.”

The cellars
The new cellars, both ancient and ultra-modern, were designed to store and mature wines and for a thousand other activities.
Here, heroic culture becomes a comparison between wines and sommeliers from all over the world, it becomes cooking and food with great local and international chefs, it becomes friendship and the pleasure of tasting wine together with great contemporary artists, painters, musicians, writers…
