Wine producers since 1980
The Italy-France axis is part of the Gillardi family's history: Giovanni Battista emigrated from Piedmont to Provence towards the end of 1890. Here he began a wine trade, but his great attachment to his homeland brought him back to the Langhe, where he began producing Dolcetto grapes.
The turning point came in 1923 with the purchase of Cascina Corsaletto. Here his son Giacomo continued his work of studying a magical territory for its soil, exposure and position.
Only in 1980 did Giovanni Battista, Giacomo's son, with the young Giacolino, an oenologist at the Alba school, begin bottled production.

Our philosophy
Our modus operandi has always been based on respect for the surrounding environment: organic management of the vineyards, with seasonal green manures, natural fertilizers, exclusively mechanical weeding and minimal use of copper and derivatives, for absolute respect for biodiversity.

“
Accept what life offers you and strive to drink from the cups that are presented to you.
All wines must be tasted: of some, just a few sips; of others, the entire bottle.
